Yep! As soon as you check out, your files will be ready to download straight away. No waiting around just get creating!

🖼️ What’s the turnaround time for prints?

We aim to have your print files ready and posted to you within 24–48 hours. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case)!

📦 What’s the turnaround time for physical products?

All physical goodies are handmade with love. Please allow 7–14 business days for us to create, pack, and post your order.

✨ Important: Be sure to email any required images, custom details, or personalisation info to info@prettybranded.com.au and include your order number in the subject line.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Once your item is made, shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout:

• Standard: 3–10 business days
• Express: 1–5 business days

📮 Once it’s in the hands of AusPost, it’s out of ours. Please double-check your delivery address, we can’t be held responsible for lost parcels or incorrect deliveries. All issues must be lodged directly with Australia Post via their claims process.

🔁 Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on our end. If you have an issue, email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right!

🎨 Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Drop us an email or DM and let’s chat about your vision. Custom designs may take a little longer depending on what you’re after.

📧 I forgot to send my image/details, what now?

No stress! Just email info@prettybranded.com.au with your order number and details as soon as you can. We can’t begin production without it, so the sooner the better!

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout with your message, and we’ll make it extra special. Great for birthdays, memory gifts, or just-because moments 💛

We’re proudly based in Narangba, QLD Australia and ship Aussie-wide! Most of our designs are created in-house, meaning you’re supporting a small business with heart, edge, and a whole lotta soul.
